Before I tell you more about the Sensi-Soul Regimen, I want to clarify that this range is a unique baby. I worked incredibly hard to make luxurious, quality, and effective products for sensitive souls with dry skin woes.
I’ve had dry and sensitive skin for most of my adult life, which became significantly worse with age and my move to Europe from my native South Africa. I was surprised to learn how difficult it was to find quality fragrance-free skincare products that still afforded a luxurious experience. Hey, just because I am a sensitive soul does not mean I don’t crave a luxury skincare experience. Fantastic feel of a product? Yes, please! Beautiful packaging that makes me feel like a Goddess every time I use it? You bet! A quality formulation that is genuinely effective and really 100% fragrance-free? The Rooibos Factor
Before diving into the FIGGI Sensi-Soul details, we have to talk about the heroine in all our products: Rooibos. You’ve heard me talk about this ingredient endlessly. I drink heaps of this herbal brew daily and incorporate it into my skincare routine whenever possible. For this post, I will put it in a nutshell. Rooibos has been scientifically proven to be anti-microbial and anti-fungal. This means if we have impurities on our skin, this beauty will help us ensure the area is clean. The most impressive quality of Rooibos is its excellent anti-inflammatory properties. This is a fantastic benefit to blemishes which often coincide with inflammation around the area, sensitive skin prone to redness, and other inflammatory skin concerns like rosacea and eczema. This is why we see it in so many baby products; it is terrific at calming that burn and soothing the redness.
Last but not least is the incredibly unique composition of Rooibos polyphenols. Aspalathin, the primary polyphenol in Rooibos, is only found in Rooibos. It does not occur in any other plant or species worldwide. Nothofagin, its other powerhouse polyphenol, is only found in Rooibos and the New Zealand Red Beech Tree. Rooibos’ unique composition of these two polyphenols, and many others, gives it an incredible antioxidant capability. Yes, this means fighting free radicals, preparing your skin for sunscreen, and boosting the efficacy of sunscreen.
The Formulations
Let’s be honest. In the end, even though we love the look of a great package, the formulation matters most. How the product feels when you apply it, how it spreads when you massage it into the skin, and how it penetrates the skin. We don’t appreciate sticky, clunky formulas that peel off in tiny little oil balls halfway through our routine.
I wanted to make effective, quality products that deliver a high-class luxury experience. To ensure I did my best, I went back to school. I completed my Diploma in Cosmetic Chemistry and my Certificates in EU Cosmetics Compliance and Cosmetics Brand Management. I didn’t stop there because only the best is good enough for my FIGGI Goddesses. I recruited experts in the field to help me take the formulations to the next level. This is how the beautiful formulas in all our products were born.
The Sensi-Soul Regimen
So, what does the Regiment consists of, and how does it work? There are currently 4 products in the Sensi-Soul Regimen, and 2 other secret beauties are presently in development 😊. Let’s look at the four products you will get in your Sensi-Soul Regiment Bundle:

The Double Cleanse
Clean skin is the key to radiant skin. We should be careful not to apply products over dirty pores or skin that isn’t adequately cleansed. Our skin accumulates dirt, grime, oil, and pollution throughout the day. Add our daily makeup routine and our need for sunscreen; we have a lot to cleanse. That’s a lot to ask of one type of cleanser. Double cleansing removes all traces of impurities left over from the day, making your follow-up products work as effectively as possible. Double cleansing can also help your other products penetrate your skin better and help you achieve glowing skin. A Double Cleanse has two steps, and the FIGGI Sensi-Soul Regimen provides a unique two-step cleanse that will not upset the delicate balance of your skin: Purify the Goddess Makeup Dissolving Balm-to-Oil Cleanser and Refresh the Goddess Gentle Gel Cleanser.
This beautiful silky balm is enriched with Green Rooibos Extract to completely dissolve even the toughest eye makeup. It is formulated to help soothe and calm your skin while you cleanse, and it turns into luxurious milk oil when mixed with water. This balm is unique because it contains ceramides, squalane, and jojoba oil to help maintain your skin’s natural moisture barrier. A cleansing ritual that purifies and leaves your skin feeling clean, smooth, and soft.
The first step in a Double Cleanse is to remove all the oil-based impurities from your skin. This is sebum, SPF, and makeup. Therefore, this oily balm will “attract” oily impurities in your skin and allow you to remove even the toughest grime.
The second step in a Double Cleanse is to remove all the remaining traces of grime, makeup, and SPF, usually with a gel-type cleanser. This also removes any remaining oil from the first cleanse. With the help of your first cleanser, the second wash can penetrate the skin and deep clean the pores.
The Night Cream
After your Double Cleanse comes the Nourish the Goddess Evening Rescue Night Cream, my personal favorite. It is essential to give our skin extra love and attention in the evenings when it has time to reset and restore. The best way I can describe this cream is that it feels like a pillow for your face. It really feels like a cloud. It’s thick and luxurious, and everything about it screams evening luxury and replenishment. Formulated with South African Green Rooibos and low molecular weight Sodium Hyaluronate, it helps calm. It soothes your skin while adding beautiful hydration properties. Glycerin is my favorite humectant and one of the most potent, and I’m proud to say this cream is Glycerin based. I went all out with this one and included a unique mix of Jojoba, Urea, Ceramides, and Squalane. This combination gives enhanced protection to the skin’s natural moisture barrier while deeply moisturizing dry skin. Peptides add to this evening rescue experience, leaving skin feeling nourished and helping restore a healthy glow.
The Day Cream
This is one of the most critical steps in a morning routine. Sunscreen is obviously the most important 😊. I wanted this cream to feel great but comfortable enough to wear all day without causing too much stickiness or oiliness.
